The oil you reach for when you want to make a simple dish feel alive.

Verde comes from master producer Joaquim Moreira. He farms with native sheep among the olive rows, runs one of Portugal\'s most meticulous mills, and lets the altitude and the ancient terroir do the rest.

Harvested October 2025. Polyphenol count: 441 mg/kg. Acidity: 0.14%.Wildly Virgin olive oils are made from a single producer, a single grove, and a single harvest.
